Chris is a genuine HD guy and has a passion for people and the machine. Chris has a wealth of knowledge of the HD line of bikes, but he also has a Harley owner's perspective on performance and comfort. He knows what the bike can and can't do, and he knows what might be your first thoughts for accessory upgrades for safety and performance. Being a former HD owner, I knew most of what I wanted in my next bike and accessories, but Chris gave confidence to my purchases. He kept the mood light, despite the seriousness of purchasing a new bike. He made crunching numbers bearable and in the end, I got what I felt was a fair deal and some good maintenance and warranty piece of mind for a price I was willing to accept. He hung in there and kept a smile on his face the whole time. No pressure from him either. I would hire either one of these guys for my own business. That's how much I thought of their style and know how. Overall, a terrific experience at Tucson HD and I drove home an iconic 2023 bike with amazing new feature upgrades from my last HD manufactured in 2008. Excellent customer service and sales. I orignially went into the store to buy 4 sets of boots which I did and to see if there was an Iron 883. The Iron 883 was there but was sold already. On my way out the door, the 2022 nightster 975 caught my eye. The salesman did not hurry to approach me which was great he just watched me and I started asking him questions. I did not feel pressured by Chris (salesman) nor Gregory (Financing manager). Both guys were super helpful. I love this bike. I have a Honda cmx (abs) 300 already and I can feel the power differance significantly.

Terry was an awesome guy who didnt push or pressure and offered tons of advice. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!
